It is with this purpose in mind that Intera has developed a process to ensure the functional preservation of your cemetery records in a timely, affordable and safe manner. We complete the scanning on site. Intera has the ability to scan many different forms of documents, ledger books and maps.

Archiving your cemetery documents and records in the form of digital images on PC not only allows your staff to search, view, print and update your documents quickly and easily, but provides a safe efficient long-term storage of your business's most valuable asset "Information".

Copies of your images are sent to our service bureau. Here the task of manually entering the information into the predetermined fields can be undertaken by our data entry team. The resulting data will then be downloaded in our cemetery management software or in your existing inventory system.
